Prior to Tim becoming Owner and President he spent his career working as an Operating Engineer. Under the company’s previous ownership, Tim acted as the General Superintendent of Construction then was promoted to Vice President of Operations where he managed all aspects of the company. Tim purchased the company with his son Michael in 2014. Tim is involved in all aspects of the business; accounting, estimating, project management, project scheduling and administrative requirements. His extensive knowledge of field work and equipment operation has been the driving force for the company’s continued growth for the past 30 years.

Michael began his career in construction in 2002 as an Operating Engineer. Michael runs JBI field crews and holds OSHA Certification, ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor Certification, and Competent Persons in both Excavating and Trenching. Michael also consults with office estimating and project management. Michael runs one of JBI’s Prep crews. His crew’s work functions include demolition, earth and grade work, site preparation, sub-base installation, and storm drainage systems.

Casey joined JBI Construction in 2012 and brought with him 13 years of road and heavy highway construction experience. Prior to his career in construction, Casey was in the United States Marine Corp Reserves while attending college at the University of Southern Indiana where he obtained his B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology. Casey’s background and experience are exhibited daily in his management of projects. Casey handles purchasing and materials management, subcontracts, project scheduling, and supervises estimating. Casey also holds ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor and INDOT Construction Storm Water Certifications.

Kristi began her construction career in 1999. Over the years of dedicated service Kristi has taken on more and more responsibility. Kristi handles company payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, project billings, and administrative support. Kristi’s long history, dedication and attention to detail ensures JBI operates as efficiently as possible.

Eric joined JBI as a Union Laborer in 2006 after attending the University of Southern Indiana. Eric’s field experience translated effortlessly to his current position as Estimator in 2016 given his hands-on construction knowledge. Eric is JBI’s main estimator and also assists in purchasing of materials and project management. Eric holds an ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor and OSHA Certifications.
